- A major mechanical issue is discovered within 48–72 hours of purchase, and
- The issue was not disclosed at the time of sale, and

In such cases, the customer may be offered:
- A free repair,
- An exchange for another vehicle (if available), or
- A partial or full refund (depending on severity and agreement).
ii. Incorrect Vehicle Delivered (For home delivery)
A return/refund may be granted if:
- The delivered vehicle does not match the model, year, or specifications agreed upon.
iii. Documentation or Title Issues
If the company is unable to provide correct ownership documents due to an internal error, the customer may be eligible for a refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns are not offered if:
- The customer changes their mind after purchase
- The defect results from misuse, accidents, or lack of maintenance
- Wear and tear issues discovered after extended use
- The vehicle was inspected and approved by the customer before purchase
- Modifications or repairs done by a third party after sale

Processing time is typically 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Exchange Terms
If a vehicle exchange is offered:
- The customer may choose another car of equal or higher value.
- If the new car is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
- If it’s of lower value, a partial refund may be given.
Inspection & Evaluation
All return or refund requests require:
- Vehicle inspection by our technical team
- Verification that the issue existed before purchase
- Confirmation that the customer followed the proper reporting period
Final Decision
Work and Chop Autos reserves the right to make the final decision on any return, refund, or exchange after completing evaluations.
