These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, sale, and use of vehicles and services provided by Work and Chop Autos. By engaging with our services, visiting our premises, or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to these Terms.
Vehicle Sales
- All sales are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in local currency unless stated otherwise.
- The company reserves the right to update pricing at any time before final payment.
- Once a customer completes payment and signs the agreement, the sale is considered final.
Inspection & Test Drive
- Customers are encouraged to inspect and/or test-drive the vehicle before purchase.
- By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges satisfaction with the vehicle’s condition at the time of sale.
Payment Terms
- Payments may be made via bank transfer, mobile money, cash, or approved financing partners.
- Full payment must be received before ownership transfer or delivery.
- Deposits may be required to hold a vehicle and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Documentation & Ownership Transfer
- Work and Chop Autos will provide all necessary documents for vehicle registration and ownership transfer.
- Customers must supply accurate personal information for processing.
- Any delays caused by incomplete customer information are not the company’s responsibility.
Warranty & After-Sales
- Warranty coverage (if provided) will be detailed in the vehicle sale agreement.
- Vehicles sold “as is” do not carry a warranty unless otherwise stated.
- Customers are responsible for ongoing maintenance and repairs unless covered by warranty.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- All sales are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund/Return Policy.
- Vehicles cannot be returned or exchanged due to buyer’s change of mind or preference
Vehicle Condition
- Pre-owned vehicles are sold in their current condition unless a warranty is provided.
- Any known major defects will be disclosed before sale.
- Customers agree that minor wear and tear in used vehicles is normal and expected.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requested
- Use the vehicle safely and legally
- Not hold the company liable for damages caused by misuse or accidents
- Ensure the vehicle is insured as required by local laws
Limitation of Liability
Work and Chop Autos is not liable for:
- Accidents, misuse, or damage after purchase
- Losses due to delayed registration or third-party service issues
- Mechanical issues that arise after the inspection or test drive (unless covered by warranty)
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the vehicle or service.
Privacy & Data Protection
We protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your data will not be sold or shared without authorization.
Third-Party Services
We may connect customers with:
- Banks/financing companies
- Insurance providers
- Repair/service partners
These third parties have their own Terms & Conditions, and the company is not responsible for their actions or decisions.
Modifications to Terms
Work and Chop Autos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of this jurisdiction.
